TUESDAY PRACTICE TIMES

Reminder that tomorrow is a Fun Donut Day. Pre-Swim will meet as normal.

• 9 -10 AM practice for ALL swim team ages (post-meet discussion, swimmers of the meet announced, donuts, free play, and optional water polo!)
• 10:15 – 10:45 AM regular time for Pre-Swim

You can download the Swimtopia app (login with the same password you used to register) to follow the meet on your phone. There is a free version and upgraded paid version.

• 4:30 - Arrive

Please have your kids HYDRATE before the meet and make healthy eating choices.

Meet Info from Brentwood:

Concessions - Papa John’s, Smoothie King and Chick Fil A sandwiches will be available using credit card or cash. Our regular concession area is Cashless so only cards will be accepted.

Parking - available at the swim club.  We have asked Brentwood folks to park elsewhere allowing for you to park in our lot or on Swim Club Lane. If needed there are additional places to park on White Ave or Rosalie. There will be a spot out from reserved for your coach so feel free to take that upon arrival.

Bullpen - Bullpen area will be the grass section behind the Pickle Ball court and you can use the Pavillion/shed in front of the courts for swimmer check in etc.

Meet Prep - Please check out our website for instructions on marking your swimmer and what to bring. All swimmers must have their events written on their arm and their name written on their back in sharpie for our bullpen workers to be able to identify them. https://wwschurricanes.swimtopia.com/swim-meet-101

What is my Kid Swimming? Heat Sheets will be emailed Monday afternoon. Sometimes we have last-minute changes because of cancellations, so check the white boards with posted heat sheets when you arrive for any relay changes.

Volunteers - Check in at the Volunteer Table when you arrive (located in the pavilion in front of the pickle ball courts, at the back of the swim club).  Here you'll receive your supplies (timer, clipboard, heat sheets, etc.) and instructions.  Check out the website for a description of the volunteer roles: https://wwschurricanes.swimtopia.com/volunteers

What to Pack for Meet - Swim cap, goggles, extra towels, money for concessions, bug spray, water, and healthy snacks. Optional: lawn chair, blanket, pop up tent, entertainment (books, playing cards, etc.). Be careful with electronics - everything you bring could get wet. Label your personal items.

Swim Caps - available for purchase at the volunteer table for $10 cash or Venmo.

*If you have to cancel, please let us know ASAP by emailing [email protected]. If your swimmer is part of a relay and has to cancel, we need as much time as possible to find another swimmer for their relay spot.
