We appreciate your time and efforts volunteering at the meets. We are using Sign-Up Genius again this year. Each family should sign up for two slots; at least one of the shifts should be a timer, lane loader, or bull-pen position. The conference meet will be handled separately, and all families who participate will volunteer one shift at the meet.

You may waive your volunteer duties in advance by buying out at a cost of $80 per meet (if you waive all volunteer duties for the season, the total is $160/season). This amount is payable by check to Warson Woods Swim Team. You can drop your check off at the Lillis home (403 Flanders Drive) or bring it to swim team practice and give to a board member.

Families do not need to volunteer if:

- Swimmers are only in pre-swim

- Swimmers are only high schoolers
