FRIDAY PRACTICES

Last day of practices for Swim Team and Pre-swim!

Swim team - short workout followed by some SURPRISE FUN GAMES!

Pre-Swim - both Blue and Green Fish together for some last day FUN!

SATURDAY - CONFERENCE

• 7:15-7:30 AM - Arrive at Kirkwood High School (the natatorium and gym/bullpen are on the west side of campus off of Chopin Drive)
• 7:30 - Volunteers for 1st shift check-in at in the gym; swimmers report to bullpen in gym
• 7:40-8 - Warmups
• 8:15 - 1st shift timer meeting
• 8:30 - Meet starts!
• Before Free Relays start - 2nd shift volunteers listen for announcement for your shift to start)

SATURDAY BANQUET

• 5-5:30 PM - Arrive and eat dinner (BYO Dinner or eat at home before you arrive)
• 6-6:30 - Coaches race, Parents Race, Kids Fun Race
• 6:30 - Recognition & Awards (both swim team and pre-swim will be recognized)
• 7:15 - Slideshow, Desserts (provided) and free fun time!
