We are so excited for our last regular meet of the season tonight!! Please have your kids get some restful downtime today. Save the long bike rides and outdoor play in the sun until tomorrow. We need swimmers energized and ready to swim their best tonight! Also, eat well and hydrate before the meet!

Tuesday Reminder - Last Fun Day tomorrow for swim team from 9 to 10 - meet recap, donuts, water polo & free swim! Pre-Swim at normal time.

Schedule -

4:45 swimmers start arriving

5:00 CSC warm ups

5:10 WW warm ups

5:20 warm up sprints for both teams

5:30 meet start

Parking - We share a lot with the police department off of Sappington Road. We have quite a bit of parking, however there will be additional parking at St. Elizabeth's across the street. A police officer will be there to assist with crossing Sappington if you park across the street.

Bullpen - When you enter the pool, your bullpen area will be straight back to the left, through the chain link fence. It is the patio and grassy area behind the fence. It also goes down the hill to the basketball court. There are two gate openings in the fence, we recommend that you use the one at the top of the stairs/closest to the pool for swimmers getting ready to lane load (the other gate can get crowded as it's in the middle of a viewing area). In the past, teams have used the bball court as their bullpen and then just directed the swimmers up the stairs and directly to the lanes. We'll set up chairs on the court for that purpose, if you don't need them, just stack them to the side.

Food - We have a concession stand with snacks, candy, coffee & koozies (cc only). We will also have pizza slices available in the corner of the pool near the beach entry (separate from the concession stand).

50/50 Raffle - We'll have a 50/50 raffle going on near the concession stand. It will be 1 ticket for $5 or 5 tickets for $20.

Our Volunteer Hub/Computer Area - CSC's volunteer check-in is under the awning (this is directly in front of you when you enter the pool). The computers will also be stationed here. If you need Katie or myself, please come by! We are there to help you and make sure your team has a successful meet.

Warson Woods Reminders:

Heat Sheets - will be sent in a separate email later today. Sometimes we have last-minute changes because of cancellations, so check the white boards with posted heat sheets when you arrive to check for any relay changes.

Meet Prep - Please check out our website for instructions on marking your swimmer and what to bring. All swimmers must have their events written on their arm and their name written on their back in sharpie for our bullpen workers to be able to identify them. https://wwschurricanes.swimtopia.com/swim-meet-101

Volunteers - If you are volunteering tonight, please check in with a board member when you arrive tonight. Then you'll receive your supplies (timer, clipboard, heat sheets, etc.) and instructions. What to Pack for Meet - Swim cap, goggles, extra towels, cash for concessions, water, and healthy snacks. Optional: lawn chair, blanket, pop up tent, entertainment (books, playing cards, etc.). Be careful with electronics - everything you bring could get wet. Label your personal items.

Swim Caps - For sale during the meet $5 cash.

*If you have to cancel, please let us know ASAP by emailing [email protected]. If your swimmer is part of a relay and has to cancel, we need as much time as possible to find another swimmer for their relay spot.
