It's been an awesome swim team season!  Tomorrow, Friday, is our last day of practices and Pre-Swim.  Be prepared for a few fun surprises at Friday's practice.  We will end the season with our Conference Meet on Saturday morning and our Banquet Saturday evening. 

Conference Meet - this Saturday morning at Kirkwood High School.

• 7:15 - 7:30 AM Arrive, 7:40 Warmups, 8:30 Meet Starts.  The meet usually ends around 12 or 12:30.
• Heat Sheets will be emailed Friday afternoon.
• Pool entrance located on Chopin Dr, between the football field and baseball field, on the west side of Kirkwood High School. Easy to access from either Essex or Dougherty Ferry. Be sure to allow extra time for parking!
• Bullpen is in the gym next to the pool.  Look for the dedicated WW area.
• Spectators - there are bleachers for family viewing.
• 2 food trucks will be outside - coffee and crepes (see attached).  Please bring extra drinks and snacks for your swimmers (but food should not be eaten in the gym).
• Volunteers - All families participating must serve in a volunteer role. These will be assigned to you and emailed separately.  More details coming in a separate email, but be prepared to check in and have a meeting with your volunteer crew at 8:15. You will either volunteer for the first half of the meet (Shift A) or the second half (Shift B).  The Shift change occurs right after the Freestyle Relay and will be announced over the loudspeaker in the natatorium.  Shift B volunteers still need to check in before the meet starts.
• We want all our swimmers to participate!  Please declare ASAP!  If Swimtopia shows "Not Eligible", email us and we will help you. ([email protected])

Banquet - Saturday evening at WW pool:

• Arrive between 5 and 6.  Bring your own dinner.  Dessert will be provided.
• 6 - 6:30 - Parent Races
• 6:30 - Team Photo (Pre-Swim and Swim Team)
• 6:40 - 7:15 - Awards Show
• 7:15 - Slide Show, Dessert, Drinks, Free Play
