When you arrive today, look for the Warson Woods section.  Here you will find:

• Volunteer check-in and timer/clipboard/heat sheet pickup (heat sheets are for bullpen and lane loaders).
• 4 white boards with the updated heat sheets, alpha sheets, and the Bullpen Cheat Sheet (relay orders for the newbies).

Coaches have made a few relay changes due to last-minute cancels.  Most should be below.  We've also tried to update the heat sheet boards with these changes.

11-12 Girls Medley Relay: Chloe Middendorf subbing for Annie Adams
