2025 WWST/Pre-Swim Registration Copy

It's time to register for the 2025 Warson Woods Hurricane Swim Season! If you're a returning swim family, log in to your account to pre-load the data for this form. To our new families, welcome! 

Pricing for the 2025 season is as follows: 

  • Early Bird - now through March 10 - $120
  • Standard Enrollment - March 11 -  April 30 - $135 
  • Late Enrollment - May 1 and after - $160 

Not sure if your child is ready for swim team? Here are some guidelines: 

Swim-Team:

  • Swimmers must be able to safely swim the length of the pool unassisted using a freestyle stroke and side breathing
  • Practices involve lap repetition of all four strokes
  • Coaches provide feedback on stroke technique
  • More hands-off
  • Larger coach to swimmer ratio

Pre-Swim:

  • Swimmers who have some experience swimming, but cannot swim a full lap of the pool as indicated above
  • Instructional lessons
  • More hands-on than swim team
  • Smaller coach to swimmer ratio
  • Swimmers who demonstrate the ability to swim a full lap unassisted may be moved up to swim team during the season

Participation Waiver

By registering my child(ren) with the Warson Woods Hurricanes Swim Team, I agree to participate (or allow mychild(ren) and family members to participate) in the Warson Woods Hurricanes Swim Team, and hereby release Warson Woods Hurricanes Swim Team, its employees, coach, volunteer, or their participant associated with Swim Team from liability for any injury that might occur to myself (or to my child(ren) and family members) while participating in the Warson Woods Hurricanes Swim Team program, including travel to and from training sessions, swim meets or other scheduled team activities. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participating in the Warson Woods Hurricanes Swim Team program.

Fitness Waiver

I hereby waive, release and forever discharge Warson Woods Hurricanes Swim Team and associated supervisor, coach or other team administrator from all rights and claims for damages, injury, loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Warson Woods Hurricanes Swim Team activities, whether or not damages or loss is due to negligence. I hereby acknowledge that my children is (are) physically fit and capable of participation in all Swim Team activities.

Liability Waiver
